We are excited you have decided to take the next step in making Heights Manor Apartments your home and joining our community.

Every applicant 18 and over will need their own completed application. In addition to a completed application, we will need a copy of the following:

• A copy of a Social Security Card
• Proof of Income
• A copy of State Issued Identification for each adult

Please complete the PDF and email it to temmerling@heightsmanorapartments.com. Alternatively, you can print it, complete it by hand and bring it to our office along with the additional required documents. ** We cannot begin processing your application without a complete packet. **
